Smoke Stick

These are made from herbs grown in my organic garden. Rolled and made with love for your smudging self!  Each stick is a little different but all have a mixture of the following herbs:  

-mullein: a lung tonic to help with inflammation and sooth the bronchial tract, wonderful to help with a nasty cough

-rosemary: an expectorant and will help rid your lungs of nasty stuff

-mugwort:  brings on vivid dreaming, reduces anxiety
